In the world's eyes, Sally-Anne has special needs. She is considered as a 'dumdum', an outsider. She gets tricked into becoming a surrogate to a neanderthal clone. She is vulnerable and powerless, but the intensity of her natural love for LittelBaby force her to grow and tussle with love, betrayal and loss. She draws upon hidden inner reserves to become an immensely brave and fierce mother who will not give up her baby.

She has to fight not only the baby factory, WANTABABY, but also the baby's buyer (Nasty Lady), and grasping geneticists who want to experiment on the clone. With the help of Duncan from Dunkin' Donuts, she steals LittelBaby back and goes on the run. To break free, they may have to kill a few people along the way . . .
